One of the smaller southern Gulf Islands (in terms of both size and population), Thetis is an ideal retreat.  Peace and quiet, delightful rural scenes, beautiful shoreline, crystal clear water, wonderful views - all this within reasonable reach of urban centres on southern Vancouver Island or the Lower Mainland of British Columbia.

     February 2024:
COVID and advancing age have taught us a few things. One of those is that, if we are to continue to make this B&B available, we are going to have to cut back on offering breakfast. Maybe we should call it B&K, for Kitchenette! If you really have no way of looking after your own needs for breakfast (too short a time to cope with it, or whatever), let us know and we'll negotiate providing a decent continental style service for you. But we have kept our basic prices low in the hopes that you will be able to look after yourselves in this regard, and make our lives a lot easier.

October 2024:
You will see that the availability calendar is shown as "tentatively booked" until the end of January. After our current calendar of guests has gone (mid-November) we will need to have our vast water storage tanks emptied and cleaned. This will mean there will not be enough water for guests until at least half of the tanks are refilled, and we have a very slow well. Feel free to call or email to check on how it is going, if you want to book a time during this period, but that is the constraint.
