Whether you need any assistance with information about transportation.
An ongoing wait list is maintained as most (if not all) spaces are initially filled by prior attendees.
Should you need to withdraw for any reason, we will fill your spot from our wait list. Please do not attempt to fill your spot yourself unless we announce that our wait list has been emptied. If you withdraw before March 1st, your registration fee will be refunded less a $25.00 processing fee. If you have to withdraw after that date, we will do our best to fill your spot, and assuming we can do so, your fee will be refunded minus the processing fee. If your spot can not be filled then there will be no refund of fees.
A. For people staying on site at Overbury Farm, or by prior arrangement at the home of one of the islanders: $ 500.00 CAD per person. This includes 4 nights shared accommodation, 11 meals and full use of Overbury facilities.
B. For people staying at home or by their own arrangements: $300.00 CAD per person. This includes 4 dinners, 3 lunches and full use of Overbury facilities. Breakfasts can be purchased as an extra.
C. Additional meals may be purchased for spouses or friends who are staying somewhere other than Overbury. The rates for these will be posted closer to the time.
Payment can be by interac e-transfer or cheque. Our non-Canadian attendees should contact us for the best way to manage payment and exchange issues. If you are sending an etransfer, it should go to Veronica Shelford at email@example.com. If you prefer to pay by cheque, make it out to Veronica Shelford and send it to her at Box 6-15, Thetis Island, BC V0R2Y0. The cheque must be received within two weeks of your email registration application, or you will be moved to the wait-list and the next name on the list will go in.
