The property is sunny and warm, with a southwest exposure, a panoramic waterfront setting, white shell beaches and spectacular sunsets. Enjoy lovely views over the water towards Yellow Point on Vancouver Island. This cozy, comfortable and well-equipped cottage is set amongst arbutus and fir trees and there is a gentle slope down to its own shallow, white shell beach. The cottage has its own private parking. Also situated on this beautiful 2 1/2 acres property is the owners’ own home with its own private beach. The 40’ dock, situated in a sheltered bay, is available and easily accessible to cottage guests.

   This is a small (300 sq. ft.), one-room cabin with a separate bathroom (with shower) off the main room. In the main room is a kitchenette with a 4-burner gas stovetop and full-size fridge, microwave, a dining table and chairs, queen size bed and small single bed, colour TV/VCR (selected movies available), patio with picnic table, gas BBQ.
