BILLY BLANKS EXERCISES

Billy Blanks leads us in a variety of one hour cardio workouts using resistant bands and/or hand weights. From "fat blasting cardio" to "bootcamp abs", we use a rotation of approx. 12 workouts to give us variety for our muscles and our minds!! Anyone looking to get in shape and drop some pounds, please feel free to join us weekday mornings 8:05 ish to 9:00 ish.
