"Newsletters" can serve a number of purposes: as a vehicle of communication within an organization, a way of disseminating information to a selected group, or as an advertising vehicle to prospective customers. The form can be as simple as a single letter-sized sheet, to as complex as a magazine. Below are two examples of our work - the complementary newsletter of a local marina, and the magazine which serves as the newsletter of the Thetis Island Community Association.

I did the layout for this magazine/newsletter for 6 years as a community volunteer, serving also as editor for the last 6 issues.
