ADVERTISING is something that every business and organization has to do. The public can't purchase your product or make use of your services if they don't know who you are. Moore Hill Graphics has designed a wide variety of different types of advertisements, including those designed for newspapers and magazines, posters, and mass mailings (usually postable flyers or postcards.) Here are a few examples:

ADS FOR NEWSPAPERS OR MAGAZINES:

for David Essig for Nice Jepson

for Gerhard Wanney for The Rainwater Connection

for Knowles Excavating

POSTERS:

Posters can be an art form in themselves, and a lot of time and artistic effort is put into a design that people will be happy to look at over and over again. Thus they are typically used when the notice or advertisement is one that will remain on view for an extended period. For example, this pair of posters were designed for the three-month gallery show of a local artist:

Leonard Sylvester #1 Leonard Sylvester #2

This poster remained on display all season, to direct visitors to the Summer Market:

MASS MAILINGS:

FLYERS are the most common form of mass mailings, and it is the goal of the well-designed flyer that it will engage the attention long enough NOT to be buried in the junk mail pile. Another form of mailing that often escapes that fate is the advertising postcard. Here are a couple of examples by Moore Hill Graphics.

First, a couple of flyers reminding the community of the deadline for submissions to the local magazine:

Deadline reminder #1    Deadline reminder #2

Here are a couple of examples of advertising postcards, showing front and back views:
